Dems accuse defected Griffith of stealing voter information

Standing as further evidence of the extreme corruption that has infiltrated the foundations of our two-party system, the Alabama Democratic Party is accusing Representative Parker Griffith’s political consulting group of stealing Democratic voter registration information before his defection to the GOP.

According to the complaint, Alabama Democrats argue that Main Street Strategies downloaded voter registration information from local Democrat Party offices some time before he left for the GOP. “This final act was obviously intended to aid Mr. Griffith in his new role as a Republican candidate,” the Democrat press release said.

“Congressman Griffith and Main Street Strategies’ operatives knew full well this information was the property of the Democratic Party. We call on him to apologize and see that this data is immediately deleted from his consultant’s hard drive or we will look into possible legal action,” said Jim Spearman, Executive Director of the Alabama Democratic Party.

Griffith did not immediately return phone calls to his office.
