I recall that anyone who stood against Nixon was called a commie pinko fag or something along those lines. History will be the judge. The bottom line is this is a country for the people and by the people. Lately it seems to me that we are so concerned with wedge issues and who belongs to what political party that we have forgotton what it means to be an American. Being an American is about tolerance for others, the freedom to choose your religion, freedom of speech and equality. A country divided is a country that will fall. You know the old saying united we stand divided we fall. Rather then spending your time belittling and berating others wouldn't it be more constructive to take action to make this country better for everyone. Maybe you should spend some time doing volunteer work instead of writting articles that are meant to anger fellow Americans and put down your neighbor.
