The Paul campaign had previously made national news after raising just shy of $5 million in a single day several weeks ago. Paul's 3rd quarter donations peaked at just over $5 million. Paul is fresh off of the CNN/YouTube debate where he jabbed with John McCain over the War in Iraq and active military donations to their respective campaigns.
